General Conditions:

1. The Rental agreement is regarding the machine itself, no materials will be provided.

2. The applicant shall be charged $25 per day, including weekends to rent the equipment.

3. If the applicant returns the equipment before noon on the date of the return, they shall not be charged for that day.

4. The applicant is responsible for picking up the equipment as well as returning it.

5. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is returned in the same operating condition as it was on the day of pick up.

6. Preference shall be given to work being done within the Northeast Red Watershed District boundaries for scheduling purposes.
